SECURING YOUR ROOM

• Hotel room availability is subject to change due to cancellations, room additions, or cut-off dates. 
• Waitlist: If you are trying to book multiple nights at a hotel and you see that one night is booked, you have the option to place yourself on a waitlist for that one date and all other nights are guaranteed. Our official hotel partner, ConferenceDirect, will work to get you a reservation for the night in question and reach out within 10 days.
• Hotel room reservations are accepted online only.
• The hotel requires a deposit of one night's room stay plus tax charged at the time you secure your room.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit one night's room and tax.
• An individual can make up to three reservations in their name but each must be done separately.
• With our official hotel partner, ConferenceDirect, you have the peace of mind that your reservation will be honored when you arrive.

HOTEL SCAMS

Housing scams are a dangerous issue throughout the convention industry and TASBO does not want you to be a victim. Please protect yourself and avoid anyone posing as a housing company for TASBO as they ARE NOT approved by the organization. There is a real risk of losing your deposit, credit card information and having no room available upon arrival if you book using their fraudulent services. Exercise caution so you do not put yourself at risk. Only book your reservation with the link TASBO provides to ensure your room is safely secured in one of our official hotels.

• ConferenceDirect is the only official housing provider for the 2024 Summer Solutions Conference. If you are contacted by any other group, they are not associated with TASBO.
