2023 Award of Merit in Purchasing

Thank you for your interest in applying for TASBO's Purchasing Award of Merit. The Award was created to recognize Texas school districts, open-enrollment charter schools, and education services centers that are committed to following professional standards in the acquisition of goods and services. 

This registration will begin your application process. After you finish, you will receive an email with further instructions to provide TASBO with required documentation. The 2023 application is for the 2021-22 school year.

Submission Deadline for this award is Monday, October 31, 2022 at 5 PM CST. For additional details, you may visit the Award of Merit page on the TASBO Website.

  2. Select "Register Myself" 
  3. Choose the option according to your application type
    • "Purchasing Award of Merit New Application" or
    • "Purchasing Award of Merit Recertification
  4. Answer the questions below and select "Save Responses". This information is vital for TASBO to communicate information regarding the award process. 
  5. "Proceed to Checkout". A confirmation email and further instructions will be emailed to you upon purchase.
