Session Details

All learning sessions will be held in the George R. Brown Convention Center. Sessions will be listed, with room locations, in the TASBO Engage Conference app

Create your PowerPoint using the TASBO Template and save your presentation in PDF format, two slides per page, and submit to TASBO.

Audio Visual
Each room will be equipped with a PC laptop, lavalier microphones, slide advancer, and wide screen projector. Tech and A/V support will be available on site. All computers have sound and you are encouraged to use audio/visual components in your presentation to engage the audience.

Speaker Responsibilities

Please check-in to the Speaker Ready Room at the George R. Brown Convention Center Room 350 A at least one (1) hour before your session.

  • Speakers are responsible for registration, travel and hotel costs. You have the option of doing a “presenter only” registration to only attend your session. If you would like to attend the rest of the conference, you will have to purchase a full conference registration.
  • Speakers must meet all posted dates and deadlines.
  • All learning programs must be educational in nature, unbiased and avoiding direct or indirect promotion of any product or service.
