The primary focus of this course is to introduce and explain the methods that can be used to finance the district’s losses. Using general criteria, the risk manager compares and evaluates the various risk financing options and ultimately determines which is best for the school district.
This CSRM Funding School Risk course will be in-person only. Participants will have an opportunity to test via The National Alliance toward earning a CSRM designation as well as for TASBO certification credit. Testing information will be distributed during the course. Participants who currently hold a TASBO certification or CSRM designation will earn CE hours for attending.
The CSRM designation is offered by the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research; click here for more information about the CSRM.
