MGT321 or alternative MGT310 is a requirement for RTSBA and RTSBO certification. Moving from a system of schools to a school system focused on a common vision and mission begins with a commitment of everyone to continuous improvement and the transformation of the organization. The Baldrige Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (BECPE) is a management framework to monitor continuous improvement efforts for each school, classroom, and district-wide department. Attendees will gain an understanding of the Baldrige Education Criteria for Performance Excellence Framework as an integrated management system, the key management concepts for leading performance excellence, the evaluation factors used for assessing an organization and the role of effective change management.

This MGT321 Managing for Performance Excellence course will be in-person only. A test will be given for those taking the course for TASBO certification credit. Course materials, including the final exam will be accessed online. Attendees should bring a device to the training to access the course materials.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are only accepted in writing. Cancellations received seven (7) working days before the event are canceled in full; those received one (1) to six (6) working days before the event are canceled at 50 percent. Cancellations are not accepted the day of or after the event. If you do not cancel and/or do not attend, you are still responsible for payment. If TASBO cancels an event, you will be fully refunded.
