This presentation will review the required information to be included in a Child Nutrition department’s “Procurement Procedures Manual” and “Code of Conduct” per the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA). Discussion will include where to find all required information in the Administrator’s Reference Manual (ARM) and how this should be filed at the local level.
