Recent changes to the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) regulations increase the minimum salary threshold for exempt employees to $844 per week, effective July 1, 2024. The threshold will then increase to $1,128 per week in January 2025, followed by an automatic update in 2027 and every three years thereafter.
