Whether your LEAs fiscal year is June 30th or August 31st, it is essential to identify the ASF and FSP state revenue that YOUR LEA “earned” as the end of your fiscal year. The settle-up process will result in a payment due from or due to TEA. This webinar will address the identification and posting of the due to (payable) and/or due from (receivable) on the general ledger and reversing of the opening balance in the next fiscal year.
