The TASBO Summer Solutions Conference is three days of learning, problem-solving, and networking in Galveston. The conference schedule is a helpful tool to get familiar with the layout of the event. Registration is customizable to your needs and pricing is per day. The rate includes lunch on Monday and Wednesday, as well as breakfast and lunch on Tuesday.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
All cancellations or registration updates must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Refund Schedule:

Full Refund – Cancel by May 11, 2026
50% Refund – Cancel between May 12–21, 2026
No Refund – Cancel on or after May 22, 2026

If you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for full payment. Please reach out to [email protected].

TASBO commits to significant upfront costs (including venue space, catering, materials, and staffing) based on expected attendance. Last-minute cancellations make it difficult to adjust, and often these costs are non-refundable. This policy helps us keep registration fees affordable and ensure the best experience for all attendees.
