Bud to Boss is a 2-day workshop for school district employees who are promoted from within their departments (or district) and don’t necessarily have leadership/management experience. The skills you used to get promoted aren’t always the ones that will help you to achieve success as a leader. If you haven’t coached or led people, handled time management issues, built a team or administered district policy, then this training will provide the fundamentals to help you succeed!
