This course reviews all requirements and procedures for completing TEA transportation reports. Attendees will gain an understanding of the data necessary to complete the reports, the types of students and transportation services eligible for reporting, submission deadlines for each report, and tips for realizing the greatest amount of reimbursement funding for school districts. Prerequisite: Attendees should have a general knowledge of transportation operations. No Prerequisite.

A test will be given for those taking the course for TASBO certification credit.

This TRN306 Preparation of State Reports course will be in-person only. Course materials, including the final exam will be accessed online. Attendees should bring a device to the training to access the course materials.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are only accepted in writing. Cancellations received seven (7) working days before the event are canceled in full; those received one (1) to six (6) working days before the event are canceled at 50 percent. Cancellations are not accepted the day of or after the event. If you do not cancel and/or do not attend, you are still responsible for payment. If TASBO cancels an event, you will be fully refunded.
