MGT321 or alternative MGT310 is a requirement for RTSBA certification. The Baldrige Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (BECPE) is a management framework to monitor continuous improvement efforts for each school, classroom, and district-wide department.

Attendees will gain an understanding of the Baldrige Education Criteria for Performance Excellence Framework as an integrated management system, the key management concepts for leading performance excellence, the evaluation factors used for assessing an organization and the role of effective change management.

No Prerequisite. A test will be given for those taking the course for TASBO certification credit.
