ACT205B Intermediate Governmental Accounting, Pt 2

The course will take place via live Zoom webinars on two consecutive days; you must attend BOTH webinars and successfully complete the online test during part 2 to receive certification credit for the course.

Part 1: July 21 - 9 AM to Noon
Part 2: July 22 - 9 AM to Noon

You will need a computer with an internet connection and speakers to participate in the webinars. The connection instructions and course materials will be emailed a few days prior to the date of the course.

This course is a continuation of ACT205A, which is a prerequisite for this class. Attendees will come away with an understanding of shared service arrangements, financial statement elements, accounting policies and disclosures, GASB pronouncements, specialized accounting applications, and GASB 34 requirements, basis, and application for government-wide financial statements. Prerequisite: ACT205A. CE Hours 6 / CPE Hours 7

Prerequisite: ACT205A. A test will be given for those taking the course for TASBO certification credit. This course provides continuing education credit for TASBO certification (6 CEs), CPAs (7 CPEs), school board members, charter school administrators, TESA STEM participants and certified educators.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be sent IN WRITING by email to register@tasbo.org or fax (512-462-1782). Cancellations received seven (7) working days before the event will be refunded in full; cancellations received one to six working days before the event will be refunded at 50 percent; and cancellations received the day of the event will not be refunded. If you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.
