In this continuation of Basic Governmental Accounting, students will come away with an understanding of recognition principles for assets, liabilities, equity, revenue, and expenses, and will delve deeper into governmental fund statements and financial reporting for proprietary and fiduciary funds. Prerequisite: ACT105A.
A test will be given for those taking the course for TASBO certification credit.
The ACT105B Basic Governmental Accounting - Part 2 course will be in-person only. Course materials, including the final exam, will be accessed online. Attendees should bring a device to the training to access the materials.
