ACT104 Budget and Financial Planning

This course covers all aspects of budgeting and financial planning. Attendees will come away with an understanding of the budget development process, legal requirements related to developing a budget, multiple approaches to budgeting, roles and responsibilities of various parties, how to estimate revenues and expenditures, and preparing multi-year projections. CE Hours 6 / CPE Hours 7

No prerequisite required to register. A test will be given for those taking the course for TASBO certification credit. This course provides continuing education credit for TASBO certification (6 CEs), CPAs (7 CPEs), school board members, charter school administrators, TESA STEM participants and certified educators.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  Cancellations must be sent IN WRITING by email to register@tasbo.org or fax (512-462-1782).  Cancellations received seven (7) working days before the event will be refunded in full; cancellations received one to six working days before the event will be refunded at 50 percent; and cancellations received the day of the event will not be refunded.

If you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.
