Fundamentals of Charter School Business Management- VIRTUAL

The Fundamentals of Charter Business Management is designed to provide foundational information that will assist and elevate anyone in a charter school position.

This year's agenda includes:
• Financial roles and responsibilities, budgeting, and financial management (FASRG, state aid, federal grants, SOF & ADA monitoring)
• Accountability and compliance (charter first, revocation of a charter, financial audit, monitoring, and compliance of federal grants)
• Purchasing (EDGAR, access to resources or certificates, Texas education code TEC 44.031 & TEC chapter 12)

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are only accepted in writing. Cancellations received seven (7) working days before the event are cancelled in full, those received one (1) to six (6) working days before the event are cancelled at 50 percent, and cancellations are not accepted the day of or after the event. If you do not cancel and/or do not attend, you are still responsible for payment. If TASBO cancels an event, you will be refunded in full.
