Fundamentals address the core skills for coordinators, directors, or supervisors in a specific school business capacity to be successful. Each TASBO professional track is supported by Committee Officers that work to prepare professional development that provides effective skill-building, supports resource development, and connects participants.
This event is developed with the “new” business manager in mind and we cover a lot of core content in one day. In the past, we started this event with presentations on terminologies and due dates. We now offer those presentations as optional pre-work so we can focus on more advanced topics in the live session. This pre-work will help ensure you know the terminology and due dates that impact you as a Business Manager. We ask that you complete this optional pre-work prior to attending the event unless you have a good understanding of these content areas. An additional hour of continuing education is offered to those that complete this pre-work.
No prerequisite required to register.
