ESSER Compliance Workshop

Most school districts and charter schools are managing not one but three or more separate ESSER grants. While some federal requirements apply ESSER I, II and III, there are some unique requirements such as Maintenance of Equity that is only applicable to ESSER III. The federal/state purchasing regulations as they apply to school districts and charter schools will also be addressed. This workshop will address many important topics such as allowable LEA use of funds and documentation, impact on TRS federal grant contributions, potential impact on state allotment programs and federal maintenance of effort compliance requirements, and maintenance of equity for ESSER III. Best practices and resources will be shared with grant managers and finance staff to promote compliance with ESSER grant provisions.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations are only accepted in writing. Cancellations received seven (7) working days before the event are cancelled in full, those received one (1) to six (6) working days before the event are cancelled at 50 percent, and cancellations are not accepted the day of or after the event. If you do not cancel and/or do not attend, you are still responsible for payment. If TASBO cancels an event, you will be refunded in full.
