We've long believed that success drives happiness, but it turns out it's the other way around. When we embrace a positive mindset, our brains are more engaged, creative, motivated, energetic, resilient, and productive. Reprogram your brain to create an environment that promotes happiness and well-being, which are the precursors of sustainable performance.

Key Objectives:

  • Begin a personal transformation towards a more positive mindset and more productive and adaptable work life.
  • Make happiness an integral part of the work environment by embedding specific practices into existing work routines.
  • Learn to identify and amplify critical social scripts and connect positive engagement to positive business results.
  • Leave with the mindset and skill set to create positive change in yourself and others.

Class meets 9:00 am to 4:00 pm with lunch included.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be sent IN WRITING by email to register@tasbo.org or fax (512.462.1782). Cancellations received seven (7) working days before the event will be refunded in full; cancellations received one to six working days before the event will be refunded at 50 percent; and cancellations received the day of the event will not be refunded. If you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.
