A new schedule will be required in the annual financial report (AFR) starting in FYE 2022, The schedule will indicate whether a district receiving SCE and/or BL/ESL funds has written procedures for the programs. The new requirements have important implications for both special program administrators and finance staff. This webinar will address the new requirements, provide insight into existing state regulations and provide sample written procedures.
