This course covers state statutes related to the planning, design and procurement of school construction projects. Each method allowed by state law will be described as well as procedures required if federal grant funds will be used for construction projects. No Prerequisite.

This PUR204 course will be in-person only. A test will be given for those taking the course for TASBO certification credit. Course materials, including the final exam will be accessed online. Attendees should bring a device to the training to access the course materials.
