MAO101 Introduction to M&O

This class reviews the components of maintenance and operations as it relates to school districts. Participants will become aware of the various roles and responsibilities maintenance and operations departments are responsible for, as well as the components that make up each role. The focus is to emphasize the need for proactive maintenance and operations programs that provide students, staff, and the public with safe environments conducive to learning. No Prerequisite.

This MAO101 course will be in-person only. A test will be given for those taking the course for TASBO certification credit. Course materials, including the final exam will be accessed online. Attendees should bring a device to the training to access the course materials.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are only accepted in writing. Cancellations received seven (7) working days before the event are canceled in full; those received one (1) to six (6) working days before the event are canceled at 50 percent. Cancellations are not accepted the day of or after the event. If you do not cancel and/or do not attend, you are still responsible for payment. If TASBO cancels an event, you will be fully refunded.
