ACT103 Activity Fund Accounting
This course covers all aspects of Activity Fund Accounting to include the different types of activity funds, activity fund systems, and sales tax. Attendees will come away with an understanding of the legal requirements related to managing activity funds, the various sources of funds which may be accounted for in an activity fund, the appropriate expenditures for campus and student activity funds, the accounting procedures used in activity funds and state laws governing sales tax collection, reporting and remittance.
No Prerequisite.
A test will be given for those taking the course for TASBO certification credit.
This ACT103 Activity Fund Accounting course will be in-person only. Course materials, including the final exam will be accessed online. Attendees should bring a device to the training to access the course materials.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are only accepted in writing. Cancellations received seven (7) working days before the event are canceled in full; those received one (1) to six (6) working days before the event are canceled at 50 percent. Cancellations are not accepted the day of or after the event. If you do not cancel and/or do not attend, you are still responsible for payment. If TASBO cancels an event, you will be fully refunded.
