Are you new to your role? Let TASBO help you hit the ground running. Our Mentoring Program is one of the most popular TASBO member benefits—offered at no additional cost—and is designed to support you through your first two years on the job.

This year-long program (September–August) connects you with experienced school business professionals through a dedicated TASBO Connect community and monthly virtual meetups. Whether you're looking for guidance, best practices, or just someone who understands your challenges, this is a great way to build your network and your confidence.

You can join at any time and even participate in up to two (2) different program areas. Each one offers access to tenured TASBO members who are passionate about helping others grow.

Ready to Join? Follow These Steps:

1. Log in to your TASBO Profile (Need help logging in? Email [email protected] for assistance.)
2. Select “Register Myself”
3. Answer the three brief questions and click “Save Responses” – these help us keep mentors in the know about what proteges need.
4. Select “Proceed to Checkout”
5. Click “Submit”

After you register, you’ll receive a confirmation email followed by a welcome message with all the details about what to expect and how to get the most out of your mentoring experience.
