Did you know that school districts must maintain financial records (including activity funds) for a minimum of five (5) years? The financial records may include checks issued, funds deposited, bank statements and other supporting records such as receipt books, fundraiser approval forms and profit/loss statements, etc. Attend this informative webinar to learn about the minimum retention periods and to develop a local retention policy and procedures for your school district.
