Built around the real-time demands of the job, this cohort offers timely discussions on essential topics including budgeting, accounting, compliance, revenue, and leadership. Learn the concepts, understand the why, you'll work through what’s happening right now in the school year, with guidance that aligns to the Texas school finance cycle.

Registration is on a 12-month rolling cycle. Online sessions begin at 9 AM on Thursdays via Zoom (links sent at a later date). The meeting schedule for the 2026-2027 school year is below:
