This course reviews the components of maintenance and operations as they apply to school districts. The various M&O roles and responsibilities and the operations they are responsible for are reviewed as well as the components that make up each role. The focus of this course is to emphasize the need for proactive maintenance and operations programs that provide students, staff, and the public with safe environments conducive to learning.
