This PER305 Creditable Years of Service course provides participants with an understanding of the rules and regulations regarding service credits, retire/rehire programs, school accreditation guidelines and various school district leave issues. No Prerequisite. The course also addresses the impact of HB 2 on creditable service and eligibility for teacher retention allotments.

This course will take place on Zoom over two days, with sessions running from 9:00 to 11:30 AM each day.

A test will be given for those taking the course for TASBO certification credit.

This course will be virtual. Course materials, including the final exam will be accessed online. Attendees should have a device avaliable to access the course materials.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are only accepted in writing. Cancellations received seven (7) working days before the event are canceled in full; those received one (1) to six (6) working days before the event are canceled at 50 percent. Cancellations are not accepted the day of or after the event. If you do not cancel and/or do not attend, you are still responsible for payment. If TASBO cancels an event, you will be fully refunded.
