Every district must perform finance end-of-month and end-of-year processes to ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, reviewed, and reported on periodic and annual financial statements. End-of-year processes are a reflection of the daily, weekly, and monthly processes performed throughout the fiscal year to ensure your LEA is ready for the annual financial audit. Join this session to learn practical tips regarding the verification process at the end of each accounting period. End-of-month and end-of-fiscal year procedures and checklists will be shared with the attendees.
