When it comes to the health of relationships, teams, and organizations, one thing affects everything: communication. Crucial Conversations for Mastering Dialogue is a two-day workshop that teaches nine powerful skill sets grounded in decades of social science research to help work through disagreement to achieve better results. Learners will develop these vital skills through instruction, application, practice, group discussion, and self-reflection—not just theory—for lasting improvement.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are only accepted in writing. Cancellations received seven (7) working days before the event are canceled in full, those received one (1) to six (6) working days before the event are cancelled at 50 percent, and cancellations are not accepted the day of or after the event. If you do not cancel and/or do not attend, you are still responsible for payment. If TASBO cancels an event, you will be refunded in full.
