Certified School Risk Managers (CSRM) Handling School Risks

This is one of the five-part Certified School Risk Managers (CSRM) designation program for school personnel responsible for the risk management function.

This course covers the risk control step of the risk management process. Participants will study risk control fundamentals, the purpose and elements of a safety and health plan, identification of hazard controls, and effective management of school claims as a post-accident loss control reduction technique. Topics: Fundamentals of Controlling Risk; Safety & Health Programs for School Districts; School District Exposures; Managing School Claims 

Class begins at 8 AM
Optional exam (for the CSRM designation) begins at 4:30 PM

CANCELLATION POLICY:  Cancellations must be sent IN WRITING by email (register@tasbo.org) or fax (512-462-1782).  Cancellations received seven (7) working days before the event will be refunded in full; cancellations received one to six working days before the event will be refunded at 50 percent; and cancellations received the day of the event will not be refunded. If you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.  Call 512-628-1283 with questions about your REGISTRATION.
