• New Reservations: If you are planning on attending the conference and have not secured a hotel reservation, search for hotel availability via our trusted partner aRes Travel. aRes Travel is a third-party travel planner. Rates, deposits, and cancellation policies may vary and are the responsibility of the guest. Questions on hotel policies or payments made on aRes website should be directed to the aRes Reservation Center or to the hotel directly.
• Hotel Reservation Modifications or Cancellations: Please do not contact TASBO to make changes or cancellations to existing reservations. Contact your hotel directly to modify or cancel an existing reservation. Please refer to your acknowledgment email for the cancellation policy for your hotel.

HOTEL SCAMS

Housing scams are a dangerous issue throughout the convention industry and TASBO does not want you to be a victim. Please protect yourself and avoid anyone posing as a housing company for TASBO as they ARE NOT approved by the organization. There is a real risk of losing your deposit, credit card information and having no room available upon arrival if you book using their fraudulent services. Exercise caution so you do not put yourself at risk. Only book your reservation with the link TASBO provides to ensure your room is safely secured in one of our official hotels.

• ConferenceDirect is the only official housing provider for the 2024 Engage Conference. If you are contacted by any other group, they are not associated with TASBO.
